What Is GIFWorks?
It's an online GIF image editor. This unique tool is completely on-line -- nothing
to download or install. Better yet, it's all ABSOLUTELY FREE.
It's simple to get started! Using the pull down menus, select File Open in the File
menu above. Simply follow the instructions to load any GIF and then manipulate
the image using the GIFWorks menus. It's that easy.
The GIFWorks interface uses standard HTML, DHTML and JavaScript. It should be functional
in Netscape and Internet Explorer browser versions 3.x and greater.

What's New In Version 3.0?
We've been working extra hard to include lots of cool new effects and powerful features in the latest
version of GIFWorks, including:
- Adding and Removing Transparencies
- Cropping
- Inserting text into a GIF Image.
- Converting to a "web-safe" color palette.
- Warp, Offset, Sharpness, Brightness and Artistic effects!
- The option to save directly to your Tripod member directory!
You'll have to explore all of the menu options to see everything that GIFWorks can do,
but for a quick overview of all the effects, check out the new
