Zhu RiKun
Born in 1976, Hui Zhou , Guangdong Province of China , Hakka. From Sept. 1996 to Jul. 2000: Major in Finance & Banking, Guanghua School of Management , Peking University
In Dec. 2001, he switched his interest to the movie industry and founded Fanhall Studio . Afterwards, he organized a series of activities named “Dialogue with Directors” and a seminar on young directors and the production industry, held the first exhibition of “China's Newsreels” and produced several movies directed by Cui Zien and other Chinese directors. Through its efforts and experience, Fanhall Studio has now built various an harmonious collaboration with many organizations and individuals in the film industry. In 2003, he founded the “China Documentary Film Festival”, held annually in Beijing .
In 2003, Zhu Rikun invested in and acted as the producer of the feature film “Pirated Copy” <Man Yan>. This film has received financial support from Hubert Bals Fund of International Film Festival Rotterdam and premiered in IFFR.
The 2003 film project “Game and the City” was selected for the Pusan Promotion Plan of the Pusan International Film Festival.
In 2004, he started a new film project with Dark Legend , which received financial support from Hubert Bals Fund and was selected by the Pusan International Film Festival. Zhu Rikun Also acted as a production manager of the television series <Hello Kitty in China > and <Healthy Life Everyday>.
