'Be Resolute' in New Popular Songs and Websites

Today, one can find numerous websites dedicated to storing the MP3s of Mao quotation songs for convenient choice and use. One of them contains several different versions of the song derived from the Old Man’s story, “Be Resolute,” for example, under the title “Win Victory” (争取胜利 zhengqu shengli). The second of these, as recorded here, begins with the melody of “Red Is the East,” which is then mixed with a rap version of “Be Resolute.”
