周六买了一份当地的时代报,看见一个整版都是讲中国.其中一篇是讲一篇小说.作者是这样写的:
While China's official media have been full of self-praise for the country's leadership during the annual session of the national legislature, millions of Chinese cruising the internet have turned to an obscure literary journal for light relife.
The little known journal Hua Cheng posted the entire text of a novella written by Yan Lianke,becoming an instant hit with net users and sending subscription to the magazine soaring.
Described by one China scholar as "devastatingly clever and subversive", Yan's Serve the People was banned by the communist party's propaganda departement during the week, adding to its cachet.
